Delete your ElectroCon account
Delete an ElectroCon account and the personal information that ElectroCon organizers manage for it.
Delete inside the app
Sign in, open Profile, choose Delete my account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and signs the account out.
Request deletion without the app
Send a message from the support page with the topic “Account deletion”, using the email address associated with your ElectroCon account. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deleting the account.
Data deleted
- Profile, email, authentication credentials, linked sign-in identity, QR identity, and roles.
- Event participation, game participation, match records, and QR-scan activity associated with the account.
- The account link from reward and drink-program history.
Limited data that may remain
De-identified operational drink-audit entries may remain for event reconciliation, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping, but no longer identify the deleted participant or staff account. Temporary backup copies may remain until routine backup rotation completes. Information subject to a legal hold may be retained only as required.
